Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.
The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analysis competitors’ activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.
Desired Candidate ProfileThe candidate should be first class Post graduate/graduate in any discipline with full time. The candidate should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Dairy sector/FMCG. The candidate age should not be more than 28 years.
The candidate is required to have the following characteristics:
- The candidate should be an aggressive Sales person who can get things done
- The candidate should exhibit high levels of integrity and elicit trust, from our various stake holders like existing and potential Distributors
- Competitor Information to be monitored, shared and acted upon so as to improve sales
- Exhibit leadership qualities and mentor & guide the team members
