Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.
The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analysis competitors’ activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.
Desired Candidate ProfileThe candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post-graduation in management or first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology/ Hotel Management/Agri. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.
UG:B.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology,B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture
